Drew And Merissa

Many of our nights together are with the babies. B and George are sure growing. Tonight George was “talking” up a storm and wearing a groove in the floor from all his crawling. Pretty fun times.

We went for a bike ride today, and snapped this picture of Merissa by one of the little lakes nearby. Days like this are days I wish we had weather like this all year round.

These somewhat remote hot springs are incredibly nice. They are near Canal Flats in White Swan Provincial Park in BC. The road leading to these hot springs is a logging road… in decent condition, but gravel, and busy with logging/mining trucks. Well worth the drive though!
The top pool is very hot.. only stuck our toes [...]

Taking 3 weeks off was so nice… but it is almost over. I think I should become a teacher like Mer so I can have 2 months off!

I thought I could ward off temptation. I thought wrong. I’m still not sold on Facebook, but it is interesting looking at Merissa’s profile and seeing what all her friends are up to.

Wow, did this past year ever go by quickly. Merissa and I celebrated our first anniversary yesterday with a bike ride, walk, and dinner. People keep telling me that the first year is the hardest, and if that is true, I think we are in fine shape going forward
