The new iPhone 3G

So for my birthday this year Drew gave me the new Apple iPhone 3G. It is an amazing device and I am pretty addicted to all of the incredible features! Some of the features that I think are pretty neat:

- the great Safari web browser
- the many different third party applications that are offered (I especially like the French and Italian language apps)
-the assisted GPS program and the related “Where” application
-how great the picture quality is when viewing different shots
-the size of the touch screen and how easy it is to enlarge text and zoom in on things
-the calendar and contacts functions
-how ridiculously easy it is to access my email
-the great voicemail replay function
-the neat scientific calculator
-how user friendly the home screen is
-how it looks

The iPhone is a lot of fun to use and it is practical as well!

So Drew picked up a new Infiniti EX 35 this week and we have been having a lot of fun with it the last few days. The features in the car (ie. cameras all around vehicle, smart cruise system) are impressive. The new technology in cars these days is really sophisticated. Check out this Infiniti link.

Loving Yoga!

My yoga classes have been terrific this month! I go to Prana Yoga Studio and I look forward to each session. The different asanas (yoga positions) have helped me focus more on my breathing and the physical and mental benefits of stretching. Hopefully Drew will be able to join me at some of the sessions. Check out this link if you want to become more familiar with yoga positions and the specific names. This website has the poses with the Sanskrit name as well.

Popular Baby Names in Edmonton

It looks like Ethan and Ava are the two most commonly used baby names in Edmonton over the last twelve months. There were some other names that were used by parents that were quite interesting (Cowboy, Jackpine, Zero).

Great New Song on GA

For those of you that watched Grey’s Anatomy last night, you probably noticed a really great song that was played at the end of the episode (the intense, but beautiful scene with Bailey, her husband, son and the spiritual healer patient). The song is called “Broken” by Lifehouse.
